| Ambelones Vassiliou: A dry white wine made from 80% Savatiano and 20% Roditis. The grapes are gathered by hand and transported to the winery in small baskets. After crushing, the must is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. On the nose, a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, including nectarines and apricots are present. It is dry, medium bodied with intense flavors of pineapple and lemon. The finish is medium in length. | |
